Access to technical specialization courses LigaJobs is supporting a civil construction company specializing in the construction and management of high-end and complex projects in its search for an experienced **Construction Coordinator**, with comprehensive technical vision and the ability to manage high-end residential projects with organization, quality, and consistency. This role is intended for professionals who master execution, planning, supplier management, and simultaneous coordination of multiple ongoing construction sites, ensuring project delivery with excellence. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the progress of a group of construction projects, ensuring technical quality and adherence to schedules. * Monitor, guide, and develop engineers and execution teams. * Review design documents (architecture, structural, MEP, and finishes) and support implementation solutions. * Harmonize scopes, analyze proposals, and collaborate with procurement during contracting. * Anticipate interferences and systematically lead technical solutions. * Monitor physical-financial schedules and frontline construction needs. * Conduct meetings and alignment sessions with architects, suppliers, and clients as required. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H standards. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience as a Construction Coordinator managing at least three concurrent projects. * Proven experience in high-end or complex construction projects. * Proficiency in: * Reading and coordinating design documents * Planning and scheduling * Implementation solutions * Quality control and finishes * Structural systems (concrete and steel) * Electrical and hydraulic installations * Leadership capability over engineers and multidisciplinary teams * Experience with weekly alignment meetings, client meetings, and technical scope reviews * Solid knowledge of technical harmonization and supplier proposal analysis * Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability for travel within the Campinas and Amparo regions **Contract Terms:** * Contract as an Individual Entrepreneur (PJ) * Salary negotiable * 13 invoices per year * Monthly allowance for meals and transportation * Company vehicle * Annual leave of 30 days * Access to gyms, studios, and wellness programs * Access to technical specialization courses via the company’s Corporate University Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Architecture and Urban Planning, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License Requirement: B
