Job Summary: This professional will assist the pastry chef in producing sweets, organizing products, handling food, preparing fillings and coatings, and maintaining cleanliness of the environment and utensils. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the production of sweets and confectionery 2. Prepare fillings and coatings for sweet production 3. Organize and sanitize utensils and the workplace Provide all necessary assistance for product control and organization, including food handling, preparation of fillings and coatings for cookie and other sweet production. Your role is to assist the pastry chef in manufacturing confectionery items (cookies, cakes, pies, etc.) and material handling (raw materials and utensils) within the area. Maintain order, cleanliness, and sanitation of used utensils (mixer, baking trays, Thermomix, mixer, etc.) and the workplace.
