Respond to user IT-related service requests. Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues. Execute database queries for data analysis and correction. Interact with software, service, and hardware vendors when necessary. Test fixes and new functionalities. Document procedures and solutions. Support system implementations and upgrades. Train users when required. ERP support. Support for customized systems and integrations. Oracle / SQL Server database support. Investigate data inconsistencies using SQL queries. Manage print supplies. Tasks related to standard Technical Support Analyst routines. Position based in Monte Mor / SP. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Technician, or Customer Service Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
