Job Summary: This position supports meat curing, injection, and smoking processes, performing product preparation, handling, and organization in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required Cooking Assistant \- 2nd Shift Requirements: Completed elementary education; residence preferably in Americana or Santa Bárbara. No prior experience required. Salary: R$ 2\.210,00 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 12:00 PM to 9:48 PM RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the curing process by manually applying brine to meat cuts according to production instructions; * Assist in preparing and handling saline solutions and seasonings used in curing and injection processes; * Monitor the injection process, assisting with loading and unloading meat cuts into and from injection machines, ensuring correct positioning and continuous operation; * Assist in verifying injected volume and collecting samples when requested; * Work in the smoking area, helping load and unload racks or trolleys into and from smokehouses; * Position products inside smokehouses according to technical guidelines, ensuring proper heat and smoke circulation; * Perform weighing, identification, and organization of products at each stage of the process; What We Offer?
