About the Opportunity
We have an opening for a **Service Provider Network Supervisor (Interior of São Paulo)** to join our teams! Have you ever imagined working on Latin America’s most complete and innovative end-to-end Internet of Things (IoT) platform?
**Location:** Interior of São Paulo – SP
**Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities
* Conduct external operations with periodic visits to clients and STAs.
* Supervise field technical teams (installation and maintenance) – 24/7 operation.
* Audit service providers, evaluating infrastructure, quality, and service capacity.
* Monitor technician routes, assessing technical quality and professional conduct.
* Conduct inventory audits at STAs, ensuring control and prevention of discrepancies.
* Ensure operational efficiency, avoiding rework and recurrence.
* Plan and reallocate the technical network according to demand.
* Monitor KPIs and act to reduce costs.
* Deliver technical training and develop the service provider network.
* Provide advanced technical support in critical situations.
Requirements
* Technical or higher education in fields such as Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering, Automotive Electrical Engineering, or related areas (preferred).
* High School Diploma / Technical Course / Mechanics and Automotive Electrical Engineering.
* Prior experience in telemetry, tracking, or related technical fields.
* Knowledge of mobile networks (GPRS/3G/4G), embedded systems, sensors, and M2M/IoT communication.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
