Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and routing transportation, managing incidents, and monitoring operational logistics performance indicators. Vibra, and +Clients; * Optimize daily delivery scheduling for same-day and next-day deliveries; * Handle deviations per the Escalation List, ensuring proper assignment and follow-up; * Update the demand management app with operational status; * Reprogram deliveries as new impact-monitoring information is received; * Analyze and enforce service-level agreements with transporters; * Assess fleet availability; * Address SAT records; * Monitor operational performance indicators, flagging risks of missing targets. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Microsoft Office suite; * ERP systems; * Logistics monitoring (TMP, Lead Time); * Yellow Belt certification; * Incident management; * Experience in transportation planning, scheduling, and routing. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Agility; * Focus; * Communication; * Proactivity; * Organization; * Resilience; * Creativity. **ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCIES (MOBY VALUES):** * Collaboration; * Trust; * Discipline; * Ethics; * Loyalty; * Respect; * Safety; * Transparency.
