Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs \- they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us! **Job Description** Responsible for monitoring and controlling export processes, ensuring operational efficiency, effective communication with clients, and adherence to deadlines and legal requirements **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, analyze, and register new export processes in the system, creating references for operational flow control and tracking; * Verify and validate export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, DU\-E, LPCO, certificates, etc.), identifying potential discrepancies when necessary; * Register, monitor, and track the DU\-E in the Siscomex Single Portal, ensuring correct parameterization and customs clearance; * Monitor export processes as well as bookings, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and timelines; * Prepare payment requests for billing according to internal procedures. * Conduct active follow\-up with clients, keeping them informed about process status, deadlines, risks, and pending items; * Accurately and promptly update process statuses in the corporate system, ensuring traceability and data reliability; * Prepare requests for yard transfer and/or rollover at terminals; * Handle processes subject to government agency approval (MAPA, ANVISA, Brazilian Army, INMETRO, etc.), ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements (preferred); * Knowledge of Origin Certificate issuance (preferred); * Knowledge of Origin Declaration issuance (preferred). **Qualifications** **Required** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Problem-solving focus; * Experience or familiarity with the Siscomex Single Portal system. **Desirable** * Continuing education courses in International Trade; * Knowledge of special customs regimes and tax benefits; * Experience or familiarity with ELLAS (Gerexp), OSGT, eComex systems, and terminal portals; * Prior experience in export, import, or customer service operations within International Trade. **Behavioral Competencies** * Assertive and interpersonal communication; * Priority management and organization; * Resilience and adaptability. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** * Health insurance: medical and dental coverage; * Meal and food allowance (VR and VA); * Life insurance; * Employee stock purchase plan; * Personal development and training program.
