Key Responsibilities * Assemble products according to established technical standards * Sort, inspect, and prepare materials and components * Operate tools and equipment used in assembly * Ensure final finish and quality of parts * Meet established production deadlines * Support inventory control of assembly supplies * Maintain organization and cleanliness at the workstation * Report maintenance needs, adjustments, or process improvements * Collaborate with PCP, Art, and Logistics departments. Technical Competencies * Experience in manual assembly * Proficiency with manual and electric tools (hand drills, bench drills, grinders, screwdrivers, brushes, calipers, etc.) * Basic ability to read and interpret production orders * Fundamental knowledge of quality control * Operational organization and discipline Behavioral Competencies * Attention to detail * Commitment to deadlines * Responsibility and ownership mindset * Proactivity * Teamwork * Agility with quality Preferred Qualification * Prior experience in a production environment Salary: R$3.000,00 We offer: Meal voucher (VR), transportation voucher (VT), Medical and Dental Plans (after probation period), Life Insurance, SESI and UniMAX partnerships, Learning Incentive Program, Birthday Day Off, and Christmas Bonus.
