Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support kitchen operational activities, ensuring organization, sanitation, and proper food preparation in accordance with quality and food safety standards. Maintenance of a clean and organized workplace MUST RESIDE IN ITU OR IN SOROCABA NEIGHBORHOODS SUCH AS APARECIDINHA, ÉDEN, AND SURROUNDING AREAS We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support kitchen operational activities, ensuring organization, sanitation, and proper food preparation in accordance with quality and food safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation; * Sanitize utensils, equipment, and the work environment; * Assist in food organization and storage; * Support meal assembly and distribution; * Follow good food handling practices; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; * Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hospital or industrial kitchens; * Training courses in food services.
