We are seeking a **Senior Compensation Analyst** to join our **People team** in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Managing fixed compensation, ensuring alignment with internal policies and market practices; * Developing and reviewing fixed and variable compensation policies, ensuring alignment with business strategy; * Conducting salary market analyses through surveys, benchmarking, and comparative studies; * Acting as an HR and leadership partner, focusing on organizational analysis, structure review, and position re-evaluation; * Monitoring, ensuring implementation of, and contributing to improvements in salary adjustment policies; * Preparing executive materials, such as reports and presentations, for internal forum alignment; * Ensuring all compensation practices comply with labor legislation and applicable regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience in compensation (C\&B); * Previous experience with salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry, Towers Watson and/or similar), merit processes, promotions, salary movements, job and salary structures, tables, grades, and policies; * Willingness to work full-time (100% on-site) at our corporate office in Piracicaba/SP during standard business week (44 hours per week, Monday to Friday). **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
