At CPFL, you will find a solid environment to grow confidently, with security to evolve and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Senior Logistics Analyst** Where you will work: Campinas, SP Work model: On-site Company: CPFL Paulista, a company within the CPFL Energia Group. **PREREQUISITES:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience required in Logistics/Supply Chain; * SAP knowledge required; * Advanced English proficiency preferred; * Importation knowledge preferred; * Experience with Logistics and Supply Chain projects required. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Monitor the performance of strategic contracts, conduct periodic supplier meetings, apply penalties when necessary, and coordinate with the Legal Department to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation. * Conduct technical visits to factories and participate in strategic meetings, promoting alignment between suppliers and internal departments such as Planning, Engineering, and Supplier Qualification. * Issue technical opinions on draft contracts and Logistics Protocols, evaluating supplier comments and advising the Procurement Department on required adjustments. * Plan contracting cycles based on critical analyses, assessing volumes, deadlines, and alignment with previous contracts, in collaboration with departments such as Asset Management. * Prepare strategic materials for presentation at the Business Analysis Panel (PAN), submitting them for prior validation by the Executive Board to ensure clarity and alignment with departmental objectives. * Interface with internal and external stakeholders, pre-aligning contracting processes and fostering synergy among involved departments. * Lead high-complexity contracting and addendum processes for SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), from requisition creation through final follow-up with the Procurement Department. * Monitor requisition completion with the Procurement Department, ensuring adherence to deadlines and preventing contractual and operational disruptions. * Lead kickoff meetings for high-complexity contracts, promoting alignment among involved parties regarding responsibilities and timelines. * Conduct periodic follow-up meetings with suppliers, involving the Planning team, to monitor contractual execution and propose adjustments when necessary. * Monitor high-complexity international orders from shipment through nationalization, customs clearance, and final delivery, ensuring smooth logistics flow. * Execute and control payment procedures for international suppliers and customs brokers, ensuring governance compliance and full traceability across all process stages. * Actively participate in strategic logistics projects and initiatives—such as new system implementations and process optimizations—contributing critical insights and innovative solutions. * Analyze market trends and propose structural improvements to the Logistics Protocol, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement of material receipt and dispatch processes. **What we offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Wellhub; * "Fale Comigo" Program (free and confidential telephone-based advisory service offering psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil's electric power segment and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
