Conducting interviews A carpentry workshop in Campinas is seeking a Recruiter. **Responsibilities:** Execute talent attraction, selection, and hiring of professionals who align with the company's organizational culture. Coordinate job position profiles and requirements with respective managers. Post job opportunities on employment websites and social media platforms. Screen resumes according to functional requirements. Conduct interviews with candidates, either in person or virtually. Assist in implementing procedures related to NR\-1\. Previous experience as a Recruitment Analyst, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, or Recruitment Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
