Job Summary: A Quality professional to develop and implement quality control tools, map processes, analyze non-conformities, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency 2. Development and updating of standard operating procedures 3. KPI monitoring and proposal of corrective/preventive actions Main Responsibilities: * Develop and implement quality control tools; * Perform process mapping and work instructions; * Analyze and address non-conformities; * Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency of quality processes; * Monitor quality KPIs and propose corrective/preventive actions; * Create and maintain all standard operating procedures (SOPs) up to date Requirements: * Technical education in Quality, Production, or related fields * Practical experience in inspections, NC reports (RNC), BPM, IT, KPI monitoring, and audits; * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (TOTVS – PROTHEUS). Compensation: * Base Salary: R$ 3.500,00 Benefits: * On-site meal; * Transportation allowance / Fuel allowance; * Meal allowance: R$ 460,00; * Performance bonus (after probation period); * Medical and dental assistance.
