Previous experience in operational roles is a plus. A road transportation company seeks an Operational Assistant in Campinas (Industrial District). Modular Tecnologia is a company specialized in software and information technology solutions. Focused on innovation, it offers services tailored to the needs of various market sectors. **Responsibilities:** Verify manifests and delivery confirmation returns. Perform vehicle tracking during trips. Control vehicle movement within the yard. Manage pallets, straps, tarps, and ropes used in operations. Accompany the pickup and delivery team. Report operational difficulties and request TDE, TDA, or dedicated vehicles for customers when necessary. Handle returns due to discrepancies or undeliverable addresses. Provide operational routine support to management. Previous experience as an Operational Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operational Coordinator, or Operational Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
