




Job Summary: Responsible for structuring and managing the controller function, ensuring the integrity of financial information, consolidating reports, and supporting decision-making. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus. * Intermediate or advanced Spanish proficiency. * Prior experience in Controller functions (preferably within a multinational environment). * Strong expertise in accounting, financial governance, and tax legislation applicable to Real Profit regime. * Experience with consolidation or reporting involving foreign subsidiaries. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * Experience with corporate ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Softland, Oracle, or equivalent). * Critical analytical skills, business acumen, and process sensitivity. * Knowledge of IFRS/CPC standards and audit compliance. Main Responsibilities * Structure and/or restructure the controller department, defining processes, policies, workflows, and accounting criteria. * Ensure consistency and integrity of economic-financial information for Brazil and international subsidiaries, guaranteeing standardization and comparability. * Consolidate managerial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Operating Cash Flow, EBITDA, Margins, CapEx, Equity, etc.) from both a corporate and business-unit perspective. * Manage monthly and quarterly accounting closing processes, including reconciliations, accruals, inventories, and accrual-based adjustments. * Actively participate in reviewing and validating accounting entries, accruals, and reclassifications. * Support internal and external audits with organized and traceable evidence. * Coordinate and monitor tax calculation under the Real Profit regime, with special attention to tax compliance and optimization opportunities. * Manage cost controls, cost/profit centers, and project allocations, ensuring traceability and operational coherence. * Propose and implement improvements to systems/ERPs, tables, analytical reports, and managerial indicators. * Develop and execute budget planning, periodic revisions (forecast), and variance analyses (budget vs. actual). * Establish and monitor financial and operational KPIs. * Coordinate inventories, reprocessing activities, and accounting adjustments related to inventory and costs. * Provide direct support to the Executive Board and senior management in decision-making through strategic reports and critical insights. * Maintain controls and policies aligned with accounting principles (BR GAAP, IFRS, CPCs). * Support strategic initiatives or integration projects across units (Brazil and abroad). 2512100202181911822
