Job Summary: The professional will provide customer service, operate the cash register, and maintain workplace organization and inventory control while working as part of a team. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork to ensure good customer service Availability to work on a 5x2 rotating schedule from 12:12 PM to 10:00 PM Must be over 18 years old. Completed high school education Resident of Campinas, with easy access to Av. Princesa D'Oeste Excellent verbal communication skills 1\- Responsibilities: · Provide customer service, offering information about products and services. · Operate the cash register, processing sales, mobile phone top-ups, and transportation vouchers (card), and accepting payments in cash, card, or other methods. · Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace. · Verify and control product inventory, reporting replenishment needs (front counter – candies, recharge cards) · Assist in product sorting and packaging when necessary. · Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality customer service.
