Perform MSA (Measurement Methods and Equipment) analysis for each device and required statistical analyses. Manage instrument calibration. Examine variations in devices or components, collect data, and communicate potential design adjustment needs to Engineering. Responsible for KPIs: Number of dimensional OS / Number of calibrations performed. Supervise internal and external audits. Ensure documentation of Metrology processes complies with automotive OEM standards and the Quality Management System.
