We expect you to be collaborative and proactive, serving as the technical lead of the squad and actively contributing to team development—guiding best practices and decisions that ensure product quality, stability, scalability, and security. Technical Leadership / Architecture Define system, application, and infrastructure architecture. Select technologies, frameworks, standards, and best practices. Ensure scalability, maintainability, performance, and security of systems. Code and Technical Process Quality Conduct code reviews to ensure technical standards and quality. Implement tests, CI/CD, automation, and other practices to enhance software robustness. Monitor performance, stability, uptime, etc. Ensure resolution of technical debt and mitigate bug impact. Team Mentoring and Development Provide technical guidance to the team, supporting less experienced developers. Conduct individual check-ins (1:1), development plans, and knowledge transfer. Priority and Delivery Management Plan sprints, estimate tasks, and define the technical roadmap in collaboration with product/business teams. Identify technical risks and blockers, and act to remove them. Ensure deliveries occur on time and meet expected requirements. Communication and Stakeholder Alignment Act as a bridge between technical teams, product, customers, and other business areas. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate implications (time, cost, risk). Innovation and Continuous Improvement Propose improvements to internal development processes. Stay updated on new technologies and trends, bringing valuable innovations.
