**Interested in a career that matters?** **Key Responsibilities:** 1\) Support routine customer service and/or demand routing activities — order receipt, review, and processing; questionnaires; various documents, etc. 2\) Update and consolidate Supply Chain KPIs (On-Time In-Full, inventory accuracy, SLA, etc.); participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, process standardization, simple automations in Power Automate). 3\) Support the international trade department (document review, expense verification, issuance of customs clearance instructions, FUP of processes). 4\) Assist in operational logistics planning (transport scheduling, order follow-up, alignment with production and third-party logistics providers, control of third-party inventory). 5\) Back-office activities **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate (preferred). * Intermediate English for reading and writing (preferred). * Intermediate Spanish for reading and writing (preferred). * Prior experience or knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics operations, inventory management, and document verification is a plus. * ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle, Datasul or similar) is desirable. * Strong adherence to safety practices, organization, and 5S principles in operational environments. **Our purpose guides the way** In Novonesis, we know that solutions rooted in biology can help solve humanity’s biggest challenges.
