Strengthen bonds among users, family members, and professionals The Legion of Good Will – LBV is hiring a **Social Educator**: The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, as well as community development and integration for groups facing social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities—aiming to strengthen individual skills and awareness of fundamental rights and guarantees, thereby overcoming challenges and building autonomous life projects, in pursuit of a solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical society. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct socioeducational activities—including dialogues, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, and artistic-cultural and leisure-based activities—to strengthen bonds among users, family members, and unit staff; * Pursue continuous professional development to broaden general knowledge, contemporary societal themes, and citizenship-related responsibilities, with the aim of proposing service axes and objectives; * Assist service beneficiaries in the dining area and foster autonomy through practical assistance and confidence-building skills; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: **Completed High School (Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred)** * Prior experience in the Social Coexistence and Bond Strengthening Service (SCFV) preferred * Availability to work flexible hours; **Additional Information** * Workload: **200 hours per month** * Working Hours: **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** * Remuneration: R$2\.643,06** * Benefits: * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance plan — effective after probationary period; * Dental insurance plan — effective after probationary period; * SESC membership; * Discounts on gyms and sports activities — **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building programs.
