REQUIREMENTS * Registration as an **Occupational Safety Technician** with the Ministry of Labor; * Completed undergraduate degree (**desirable**); * Basic/intermediate English; * Trainer for Working at Heights training (**NR 35**); * Trainer for Forklift Operation training (**NR 11**); * Trainer for Overhead Crane Operation training (**NR 11**). RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop workplace mapping and assessment programs, communicate inspection results, and propose safety measures; * Conduct accident and incident investigations using company tools; * Manage the plant’s Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program, including training and development; * Implement improvement programs for high-risk operations; * Ensure safety and environmental assessments are conducted before any plant modifications; * Manage third-party contractors for all activities performed by external parties within the plant; * Support implementation of **eSocial** and the **PGR – Risk Management Program**; * Evaluate requirements for compliance with **NR 12 – Occupational Safety in Machinery and Equipment**; * Participate in Legal Requirements and **ISO 14001** audit processes; * Support Environmental Management activities. **Your Contact** Fernanda Perissinotto BENTELER Human Resources Phone: \+55 19 2122\-3127 **Who We Are?** The BENTELER Group always has the answer.
