Collaborate in recipe development and supervise the team A corporate catering and facilities company is seeking a Cook in Valinhos. GRSA is a company specialized in food and nutrition services. It offers customized solutions for various sectors, including hospitals, schools, and corporations. **Responsibilities:** Carry out food pre-preparation according to menus and technical sheets, including main dishes, side dishes, sauces, salads, and specific diets. Perform cooking and food portioning, ensuring appropriate quality standards and temperatures. Monitor preparation quality by recording temperature, texture, taste, and presentation of dishes. Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and hygiene, following good food handling practices. Support the collection of samples from finished products according to established protocols. Taste preparations to adjust seasoning and correct possible deviations from standards. Collaborate in menu recipe creation and suggestions, together with the nutrition and management teams. Supervise the team and departmental activities, guiding assistants and ensuring process compliance. Previous experience as Head Chef, Assistant Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Buffet Cook may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
