




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Training & Development (T&D), onboarding, and young talent programs, working strategically with business areas to develop teams. Therefore, here you will find people from different places and backgrounds who believe in the importance of unity and in the power of support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and monitor the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and effective integration experience. * Identify training needs in collaboration with leaders and develop Training and Development programs aligned with organizational competencies. * Coordinate and monitor entry-level programs such as internships and apprenticeships, from structuring through participant follow-up. * Conduct frequent alignment meetings with HR, Operations, and Quality Assurance departments, ensuring development initiatives are integrated with business strategies and needs. * Monitor T&D performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to processes. * Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting leaders in managing and developing their teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in Training and Development, Onboarding, and Young Talent Programs. * Knowledge of learning methodologies and development pathways. * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office suite is desirable. **Additional Information** Monday to Friday Meal/Voucher Allowance; Transportation Voucher (Pass); Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Totalpass; Pharmacy Benefit; Partnerships and agreements with universities and language schools.
