Opportunity for professional growth We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to focus on Recruitment and Selection, offering comprehensive support in onboarding processes and departmental administrative routines. We seek an organized, detail-oriented, proactive individual with genuine motivation for professional growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Resume screening * Scheduling and organizing interviews * Job posting * Drafting employment contracts * Collecting and verifying onboarding documents * Scheduling pre-employment medical examinations * Submitting documentation to accounting * Onboarding new employees * Organizing physical and digital files * Updating and maintaining internal systems * Conducting candidate profile searches in systems **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in progress in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration is preferred) * Prior experience in administrative or HR routines is a plus * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * **Residence in Itupeva or Jundiaí/SP.** **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **Salary: To be discussed** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1.800,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Have you previously worked in R\&S for transportation companies?
