**HR Department Analyst**
**Description:**
We are seeking an HR Department Analyst to join our team at a family-owned company. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and committed professional who is comfortable handling administrative and operational HR department routines, supporting employee management and ensuring compliance with labor obligations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and monitor electronic time tracking for approximately 40 employees;
* Administer benefits, including requests, enrollments, removals, and verifications;
* Track expiration dates and manage admission, periodic, and termination ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates);
* Support the management and monitoring of NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Norms) and occupational safety documentation;
* Assist in onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and payroll processes;
* Organize and maintain up-to-date employee records and documents;
* Support employee inquiries regarding HR-related questions;
* Contribute to administrative routines and internal controls within the department.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or related fields;
* Knowledge of HR department routines;
* Familiarity with time tracking, benefits administration, and labor documentation;
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities;
* Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a family-oriented environment;
* Familiarity with time tracking and payroll management systems is preferred.
