Focus on continuous improvement and quality tools ### **Job Opening: Junior Process Analyst – Plastic Industry** **Position Description** Support the analysis, standardization, and improvement of plastic industry production processes to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and waste reduction. Collaborate with technical departments, apply quality tools, and learn continuous improvement methodologies. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support mapping and analysis of production processes (extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, or related); * Assist in identifying defects, deviations, and improvement opportunities within processes; * Support root cause analysis and action plan follow-up (PDCA, MASP); * Contribute to the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions; * Monitor process indicators such as scrap, rework, and productivity; * Support statistical process control (SPC); * Provide support during internal audits and quality management system activities; * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance departments; * Support industrial trials, process validation, and implementation of improvements; * Assist in preparing technical reports and presentations. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering (Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields); * Entry-level experience or internship in process, production, or quality areas; * Basic knowledge of plastic industry processes is considered a plus; * Basic knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5W2H); * Familiarity with SPC and continuous improvement is advantageous; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings is advantageous; * Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001\). ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Interest in learning and technical development; * Strong analytical ability; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to contribute to improvements; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Adaptability to an industrial environment. **Work Location:** **Macuco, ZIP Code 13279\-451** **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits:** GNDI / Intermédica Health Insurance (national coverage), Bradesco Dental Care, Group Life Insurance, On-site Meals, Meal Voucher, and Profit Sharing (PLR).
