If you enjoy teaching, leading by example, and delighting customers, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Team management and achievement of sales targets for additional products; * Responsible for training new employees in cashier functions; * Disseminate information regarding new campaigns, promotions, guidelines, procedures, and relay them to others; * Monitor the store’s cash operations flow, recording all cash inflows and outflows and preparing deposits; * Assist customers during the purchase completion process; * Suggest additional sales and register sold merchandise; * Receive payments; perform cash register opening and closing; * Encourage customers leaving the store to share their feedback on service via the “Encantômetro”; * Public/customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must possess developed sales skills, including: * Communication ability; * Articulation of arguments; * Ease of interaction with customers; * Comfort speaking in front of groups; * Dynamism; * Interpersonal ease; * Must be over 18 years old.
