Actively contribute to technological modernization and digital transformation by supporting strategic decisions, defining application roadmaps, and promoting architectural best practices with business, development, and infrastructure teams, thereby ensuring the sustainable evolution of the company’s technological ecosystem. **Responsibilities:** * Define solutions architectures for systems and applications, ensuring integration, scalability, security, and performance; * Serve as the technical authority for multidisciplinary teams, supporting decisions and disseminating best practices; * Evaluate and propose technologies, standards, and frameworks most suitable for business needs; * Define components, integrations, and implementation strategies (APIs, events, messaging, etc.); * Drive technical decisions in high-complexity projects, considering risks, costs, and benefits; * Ensure compliance with global architecture guidelines and IT governance; * Lead technological modernization and digital transformation initiatives; * Support the definition of long-term application roadmaps and architectural evolution; * Analyze solution impacts on the existing ecosystem and propose enhancements; * Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve architectural challenges; * Define Neoenergia’s application roadmap. **Requirements to join our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Solid experience in defining architectures for complex systems and platform integrations; * Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure Cloud Architecture; * Experience with hybrid environments (on\-premises and cloud – Azure and/or AWS); * Knowledge of system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and events); * Experience in defining architectural standards; * Experience in architecture modeling and documentation (e.g., Sparx EA, LeanIX, or similar); * Ability to translate technical and business requirements into technological solutions; * Experience facilitating technical discussions and cross-functional alignment; * Basic English and basic Spanish. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with the Salesforce platform; * Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF); * Experience creating functional and technical domain maps in large corporations; * Experience defining AI architectures based on the AWS platform; * Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP for Utilities; * Knowledge of the Databricks platform; * Experience in the energy or utilities sector; * AWS certification; * Intermediate English and intermediate Spanish. **To keep your energy levels high, check out our benefits:** Health and dental plans to care for you and your dependents.
