Support the development and execution of digital development plans, contributing to the modernization of industrial processes. Provide on-site support to electrical maintenance and instrumentation teams, applying technical knowledge to drive continuous improvement and ensure operational efficiency and reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the development and implementation of logic for automation systems (SDCD/DCS) to optimize industrial processes; * Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and data analyses using Pi Vision and Seeq platforms for operational monitoring and continuous improvement; * Support the development, execution, and tracking of the plant’s digital development plans; * Perform on-site activities to support electrical maintenance and instrumentation teams, contributing technical solutions and system improvements; * Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for process digitization and automation; * Participate in training and capacity-building initiatives to enhance knowledge of digital technologies and industrial automation; * Assist in technical documentation of projects and implemented solutions; * Conduct inspections, tests, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial electrical systems, panels, motors, distribution boards, control systems, and circuits; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, identifying faults and proposing technical solutions; * Support installation, assembly, and adjustment of electrical components according to project specifications, technical standards, and internal procedures; * Complete work orders, maintenance reports, and intervention records in SAP or another management system; * Assist in developing and updating electrical maintenance operating procedures and maintenance plans; * Support the maintenance team in multidisciplinary activities, as needed; * Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement programs; * Suggest improvements to processes and equipment to increase efficiency, safety, and cost reduction; * Perform other related duties as directed by leadership; * Support electrical panel assembly, updating of electrical diagrams, and project implementation; * Support the maintenance team in projects for improving and upgrading automated systems. **Qualifications and Education** **Academic Education:** * Completed high school; * Technical degree in Automation, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Electricity, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Courses in electrical controls, industrial automation, instrumentation, and reading of electrical diagrams. **Certifications and Training:** * NR-10 (Electrical Installations and Services Safety) – Preferred; * Certification in maintenance of electrical panels, motors, frequency inverters, PLCs, and SDCDs is a plus – Preferred. **Professional Experience:** * Prior experience in industrial environments, preferably in automation, electrical maintenance, or instrumentation; * Fieldwork experience, including support to electrical maintenance and instrumentation, inspections, testing, and repairs on industrial systems; * Participation in digitalization, automation, or industrial process improvement projects. **Technical Knowledge:** * Fundamentals of industrial automation, including SDCD/DCS/PLC systems and control logic; * Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation and electrical maintenance; * Basic knowledge of data monitoring and analysis platforms such as Pi Vision and Seeq; * Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation diagrams; * Familiarity with industrial networks and equipment communication (e.g., industrial protocols); * Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite, email, etc.); * Basic programming knowledge (e.g., ladder logic, function blocks) and familiarity with digitalization or automation projects is preferred. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Rigorous attention to safety and operational procedures;
