**JOB OPENING: SENIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST**
WORK MODEL: On-site / Campinas \- SP
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Execute air, sea, road, and other shipments, applying DSV's best operational practices, procedures, and institutional policies to achieve excellence in customer service and the financial results expected by the corporation;
* Assess shipment feasibility, considering client requirements, cargo data, available services, regulatory legislation of origin and destination countries, ports and airports, and DSV's compliance rules, ensuring shipments occur as requested and offered to the client;
* Monitor all stages from shipment instruction to destination arrival, maintaining contact with DSV offices or representatives at origin/destination and other logistics chain stakeholders—such as shipping lines, airlines, terminals, transporters, customs brokers, etc.—via communication channels including email, operational systems, websites, etc., to keep clients informed about shipment status within agreed timelines;
* Ensure correct issuance of bills of lading (House and Master) and other applicable documents within stipulated deadlines. For imports, request drafts in advance from origins and verify BL data against commercial documents, shipment instructions (SI), and SOPs. For exports, request the draft from the client or customs broker, issue the BL, and verify data against the received draft, local and destination SOPs, to ensure compliance with client instructions, current legislation, and DSV’s rules, while avoiding delays and extra costs;
* Record revenue and expense provisions in the Cargowise system; verify and adjust ETD/ETA (estimated departure/arrival) for processes; apply selling rates via autorate or quotation; apply purchase rates via autocost or manual entry where applicable; analyze and justify shipment profitability; perform billing and finalization/closure of processes to provide visibility of results to the corporation, as well as agility and accuracy in client billing and supplier payments;
* Receive supplier invoices via the financial system (WebCost) and intercompany invoices via Cargowise; verify amounts and other required data; validate and post them so finance teams can access them and proceed with payments accordingly;
* Verify whether steps defined in the Cargowise system have been completed according to established metrics. Prepare tables, analyze pending reports, and enter required dates and milestones per process stage to generate visibility and high-quality information for clients and the corporation, while ensuring operational agility and correct workflow;
Support training and capacity-building for junior and newly hired employees, teach, guide, and supervise daily task development in coordination and other process stages until the employee can satisfactorily perform their duties, aiming for standardized procedures and minimizing operational impact;

**EDUCATION:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields.
**LANGUAGES:**
* Advanced English.
**EXPERIENCE:**
* Proven experience in freight forwarding, minimum 3 years in this role;
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:**
* High-level knowledge of international transportation procedures (air, sea, and/or road);
* Knowledge of related areas such as domestic transportation, commercial, finance, taxation, and customs clearance;
* Basic understanding of customs legislation.
