Maintain a clean and organized work area, following good practice standards Support the kitchen team in cleaning, food preparation, and organization of both food and environment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in the meal production process. All activities must comply with food handling good practice standards, occupational safety regulations, and company standards to ensure excellence and customer satisfaction. 1\. Preparation of salads, desserts, coffee, tea, etc. 2\. Assist the cook in food preparation and finishing 3\. Store supplies as needed to maintain quality 4\. Keep the work area clean and organized 5\. Perform food pre-preparation 6\. Portioning / weighing of ready-to-serve food 7\. Monitor equipment and meal temperatures 8\. Collect samples of ready-to-serve liquid and solid foods. 9\. Restock food during service as needed, and replenish utensils, seasonings, and sauces. 10\. Serve meals during distribution periods when required 11\. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at the unit, adhering to company standards 12\. Dispose of workplace-generated waste materials 13\. Be available to provide support to other units when requested; 14\. Perform other related tasks as required by the unit.
