To support this mission, Syngenta’s Crop Protection team is seeking a Packaging Assistant in Indaiatuba. This role will support the delivery of: * Supplying inputs to packaging areas, ensuring materials are available at the right time and in the right quantity; * Performing check\-lists, data collection, and documentation (ERP, spreadsheets, visual management); * Supporting decontamination activities for the filler, magnetic sealer, inkjet printer, labeler, case packer, and case sealer; * Removing and palletizing products from the packaging line; * Requesting material replenishment as needed, maintaining accurate records of material movement; * Assisting with packaging line, rework, and depackaging activities across production cells; * Monitoring the production plan and reporting supply-related issues or delays; * Inspecting and receiving packaging inputs requested by the area, identifying and reporting potential quality issues with these inputs. **Qualifications** * Completed High School or Technical Education; * Prior experience as an Operator in production environments; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * A culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, fosters professional development, and seeks a balance between professional and personal life to support team members.
