Description

**Responsibilities:** * Provide consultative customer service, identifying clients' visual and aesthetic needs; * Assist in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories; * Conduct sales and ensure an excellent customer experience; * Verify ophthalmic prescriptions and advise on lens types; * Organize the store, display windows, and inventory; * Work with sales targets and performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in optics or sales (preferred); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Commercial mindset, proactive and organized; * Basic knowledge of lenses and frames (a plus). **We offer:** * Fixed salary \+ commission; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance/food allowance; * Training and development programs; * Opportunities for career advancement. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:35 PM or from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Job type: Full-time CLT employment Compensation: R$2\.120,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
