To support this mission, Syngenta’s *Logistics Team* is seeking a *Distribution Safety Coordinator* based in *Paulínia*. This role will lead and ensure safe storage and transportation operations in compliance with global HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Distribution Safety standards. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive incident prevention and cargo theft mitigation programs. Propose and lead technology and process improvement projects to strengthen security measures and mitigate risks related to incidents and theft. Manage the logistics operations risk matrix, facilitate risk management discussions, develop action plans, and maintain effective tracking of mitigation measures and their implementation status. **Responsibilities:** * Promote and sustain an HSE and Risk Awareness culture across off-site logistics operations; * Coordinate the planning and execution of safety audits for external transportation and warehousing operations; * Report events (theft and incidents) occurring in external transportation and warehousing operations, lead investigations, and share lessons learned. Monitor theft and incident events (including third-party company actions) and develop mitigation strategies; * Track and ensure HSE performance indicators meet targets. Implement safety improvement programs; * Ensure compliance with legal requirements for integrated logistics and Syngenta standards. **Qualifications** * Degree in Environmental Engineering and Occupational Safety; * In-depth knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain for agrochemical and biological products; * Minimum of 5\+ years of HSE/Safety management experience focused on product distribution. Knowledge of hazardous materials transportation legislation; * Experience in logistics operations management; * Project management experience and experience developing and implementing security protocols with continuous improvement initiatives; * Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); * Strong stakeholder management skills. Decision-making capabilities.
