**Essential Job Functions:** * Receive, review, and process import documentation for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Obtain and coordinate; * Customs clearance and any required releases from other governmental agencies, arranging final delivery and issuing invoices in accordance with Customer’s SOPs; * Monitor import transactions and promptly report any issues, deviations, or irregularities to supervisory personnel; * Provide timely and high\-quality customer service by proactively updating clients on the status of their shipments; * Coordinate the release of cargo with carriers and manage Customs or other governmental inspections when required. * Monitor, organize, and control on\-hand warehouse receipts to ensure visibility, accuracy, and operational efficiency throughout the import process; * Track, analyze, and maintain all relevant KPIs, ensuring performance targets and service levels are consistently met. **Other Skills \& Abilities:** * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client needs and requests. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, including business, technical, and regulatory materials. * Strong attention to detail with well\-developed organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. * Solid knowledge of international operations and freight/logistics optimization. * Strong planning, time management, collaboration, decision\-making, organizational, and presentation skills. * Ability to develop, document, and maintain processes and procedures. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, interact with senior management, and manage conflict with * professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** * Bachelors Degree in International Business/Logistic or related field required; * Minimum 2 years related experience.
