Description

Proven experience in service-providing companies – security, cleaning, and custodial services 12x36 work schedule – daytime or nighttime Possess driver's license category B Monitor absences and contact substitute staff within the established timeframe to ensure coverage at all posts Receive and hand over the shift change checklist, ensuring high-quality transition of responsibilities Monitor the supervision WhatsApp group throughout the shift and arrange coverage with a minimum advance notice of 2 hours Conduct field patrols across posts During patrols, verify that all employees are wearing complete uniforms Identify and report to the operations desk any requirements for PPE, products, and materials at the posts Maintain active presence at posts to identify signs of demotivation or conflict Serve as the first line of conflict resolution Maintain relationships with building managers and post supervisors, responding to incidents and preventing dissatisfaction Complete and submit the daily operational report Manage the team Send CV to **trabalheconosco@mostini.com.br** Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
