If you seek an **engaged team, a dynamic workplace, and the chance to grow with us**, this position may be your opportunity! **Join our story!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise perishable departments, including butcher shop, deli, produce, and bakery; * Lead, train, and monitor the team; * Ensure product supply, display, pricing, and quality; * Monitor expiration dates, stockouts, spoilage, and losses within the department; * Track inventory turnover, restocking, and goods receipt; * Ensure proper product storage; * Enforce sanitary and food safety regulations; * Achieve sales targets, margin goals, and other key performance indicators; * Maintain standards of cleanliness, organization, and store layout. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Leadership profile with a sense of urgency; * Organized and attentive to product quality; * Results-oriented and focused on loss reduction; * Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability; * Prior experience in supermarket retail. **Additional Information** **Address:** Rua Benjamin Constant, nº 3\.330 \- Paulista, Piracicaba/SP **We offer the new employee:** * Transportation allowance; * Market and pharmacy benefits; * Monthly performance bonus; * Frequent internal selection processes to support professional development and growth within the company.
