Inventory control of ingredients and ordering from suppliers. Control of leftovers and waste, labeling of food with expiration and production dates. Proper storage and verification of items. Hygiene and proper handling of utensils. Quality inspection of all food items. Position located in Limeira / SP. Previous experience as Head Chef, Assistant Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Buffet Cook may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
