Manage timekeeping records, leaves of absence, benefits, and payslip distribution. Review payroll data and integrate it with the system. Provide support to factory employees, clarifying doubts and delivering daily assistance. Organize documents, update employee records, and assist in internal audits. Monitor labor-related processes (when necessary). Requirements: Prior experience in HR department routines. Knowledge of labor legislation and basic HR calculations. Ability to interact effectively with factory-floor employees. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and professional demeanor. Experience with timekeeping and payroll systems is desirable.
