To find out more visit **www.lenovo.com**, and read about the latest news via our **StoryHub**. ### **Description and Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** **Team Leadership \& Execution** * Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Manage team workload, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of high\-quality software. * Conduct performance reviews, identify growth opportunities, and support career development. * Minimize roadblocks and maximize productivity, engagement, and fulfillment across the team. **Architecture \& Technical Strategy** * Define and enforce architecture standards, secure coding practices, and CI/CD pipelines. * Lead solution reviews and oversee implementation quality across Angular, Java, Spring Boot, C\#, and Kafka\-based systems. * Drive cloud\-native development on AWS (Azure experience is a plus), ensuring availability, resilience, and scalability. * Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical objectives with business goals. **Platform Development \& Operations** * Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of orchestration services and device management capabilities. * Ensure platform performance, reliability, and maintainability. * Monitor system health, resolve issues, and implement preventative measures. * Collaborate with operations teams for smooth delivery and support. **Cross\-Team Collaboration** * Engage with peer managers and engineering leads across Lenovo’s engineering organization. * Ensure development efforts meet internal and external customer needs. * Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non\-technical audiences. **Required Skills \& Experience** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 10\+ years of software engineering experience, with 5\+ years in engineering leadership roles. * Proven experience delivering enterprise\-grade applications using: + Angular, Java, Spring Boot, C\# + Kafka for event\-driven architecture + AWS (Azure is a plus) * Strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD. * Experience with cloud\-native development and microservices. **Additional Locations**: * Brazil \- São Paulo \- Indaiatuba * Brazil \- São Paulo \- Indaiatuba
