Identify opportunities for automation and standardization GLOVIS BRAZIL LOGISTICS | Piracicaba - SP | On-site Job Description **We are seeking an IT Coordinator** to operate strategically and operationally in managing infrastructure, corporate systems, and the company’s automation initiatives. This position carries end-to-end responsibility for information systems, service continuity, information security, and vendor coordination, ensuring technological stability, efficiency, and innovation. The role is **100% on-site in Piracicaba/SP**, with constant interaction across various business areas. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead and coordinate support for corporate systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, tracking systems), ensuring stability and continuous improvement. * Manage incidents, problems, and changes according to ITIL practices, ensuring documentation and traceability. * Coordinate system updates, integrations, testing, and enhancements, including ERP Totvs Protheus. * Monitor IT infrastructure availability, performance, and continuity. * Manage backup routines, patching, and hardware and software updates. * Implement and monitor information security, identity, and access controls. * Identify, report, and mitigate operational, technical, and security risks. * Manage vendors and service providers, monitoring SLAs and ensuring deliveries meet contractual standards. * Analyze root causes of recurring incidents and propose preventive and sustainable solutions. * Document current processes (AS IS) and support the design of future processes (TO BE). * Identify opportunities for automation and standardization, contributing to efficiency and error reduction. * Evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with business needs. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. **Languages:** * Advanced English (spoken and written). **Technical Knowledge:** * Familiarity with corporate systems (ERP, logistics systems, business applications). * Experience with IT infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud environments, and backup solutions. * Fundamentals and practices of information security. * Knowledge of automation solutions such as RPA. **Experience:** * Solid experience in IT operations, system support, infrastructure, or related areas. * Experience coordinating vendors or cross-functional IT initiatives. Desired Qualifications * Experience administering or supporting **ERP Totvs Protheus**. * Certifications or practical experience in ITIL. * Experience in the logistics sector or in companies highly dependent on operational systems. * Prior involvement in automation processes, integrations, or implementation of new technologies. * Knowledge of technological risk management and service continuity.
