Collaborate integrally with various internal departments We are seeking female candidates for the position of Distribution Coordinator — Affirmative Action Role — at the Sumaré Unit. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** Act as the liaison among Warehouse, Commercial, Transportation, and Delivery departments, ensuring route execution aligns with defined strategy and promoting continuous process improvement. Plan, coordinate, and monitor distribution operations to ensure logistics efficiency, on-time delivery, team safety, and adherence to performance indicators, cost targets, and service levels aligned with corporate objectives. Define and implement transportation and routing strategies aimed at maximizing available resources, while leading in-house and outsourced teams to foster development, engagement, and high performance. Establish, monitor, and analyze strategic KPIs—including operational efficiency, cost per delivery, and productivity—ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal regulations (transportation, safety, labor, and environmental). Collaborate integrally with internal departments—including Commercial, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and IT—to ensure operational and strategic alignment. Lead continuous improvement, automation, and logistics network optimization projects, while managing operational risks, contingencies, and business continuity plans. Coordinate resolution of delivery-related incidents and issues with Commercial, Operations, and Customer departments, ensuring trucks depart within scheduled timeframes and customer complaints are appropriately addressed via the Customer Service Center (SAC). **Team and Workplace Management** Direct team efforts toward achieving company goals and objectives. Ensure all work activities are performed without risk to the physical or moral integrity of employees and third parties. Conduct structured team development activities and feedback sessions to encourage professional growth, motivation, and team engagement. Monitor and control the team’s banked hours and overtime, ensuring compliance with legal working hours and accurate timekeeping records. Seek alternatives to maintain turnover and absenteeism within company-established thresholds. Conduct training for employee development and deliver weekly safety dialogues (DSS) to reinforce safety awareness. Perform other duties related to this role. **Company Asset Management** Manage assets assigned to the distribution area (vehicles, mobile phones, trolleys, etc.). Ensure timely execution of CIAS (Internal Accident Assessment Committee) and IAS procedures according to company-defined protocols and deadlines, promoting optimal asset utilization by employees. Guarantee fleet availability for maintenance whenever required or requested. **Ensuring Competitive Costs** Monitor and ensure achievement of established targets through daily analysis of company-provided performance indicators.
