Job Summary: Strategic leader responsible for managing the acquisition of products and raw materials, ensuring efficient supply aligned with cost, quality, and delivery timelines—supporting both financial and strategic company goals. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic procurement and supply management. 2. Supplier negotiation and development, with a focus on cost reduction. 3. Team leadership, market analysis, and KPI reporting for executive management. We seek a strategic leader to manage end-to-end procurement of products, raw materials, and inputs. The objective is to ensure efficient supply to business units under optimal cost, quality, and delivery conditions—aligning procurement activities with the company’s financial goals and strategic direction. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Strategic Management:** Plan and supervise procurement/supply activities. * **Negotiation:** Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers. Identify and evaluate suppliers for product purchases and service contracts, maintaining strategic relationships with apparel manufacturers—focusing on cost reduction without compromising quality—and developing procurement strategies. * **Inventory and Demand Control:** Analyze inventory turnover metrics, anticipate demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. * **Supply Management:** Ensure supply of consumables and operational materials (packaging, labels, office supplies, etc.) to stores. Guarantee adherence to delivery deadlines and product quality standards. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and develop the internal procurement team and assistants. * **Performance Analysis:** Analyze market trends, monitor KPIs, and prepare performance reports for executive management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
