Support for safety, quality, and team performance management We are seeking a **Logistics Leader** to direct operational teams, ensuring compliance with routines, safety, quality, and operational performance. **Responsibilities** * Operational team leadership; * Contracted staff management; * Operational routine management; * Support for safety, quality, and team performance management in relation to results. * Monitoring of agreed SLAs * Application and dissemination of 5S discipline. **Requirements** * Completed high school or technical education; * Experience in team leadership; * Experience in operational results management; * Flexible working hours; * Availability for overtime. **Working Hours** 10:00 AM to 7:48 PM and 2:00 PM to 11:52 PM Monday to Friday\-Friday **What We Offer** Salary: BRL 3500.00; Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT), Meal Voucher (VA), On-site meals without deduction, Life insurance, Dental assistance, Total Pass, and Attendance Bonus.
