Job Summary:
A professional responsible for planning and executing production, packaging, and dispatch activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Highlights:

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Participate in production planning (PCP) meetings.
* Issue production orders (POs) for all finished products.
* Replenish packaging materials, auxiliary chemicals, labels, and adhesive tags.
* Prepare packaging setups for finished products according to PCP planning (e.g., labels, paper bags or big bags, pallets, cardboard covers, and others).
* Assist in controlling the department’s packaging inventory through cycle counts.
* Perform picking, invoicing, and issuance of DANFE for finished product sales.
* Arrange transfers to external storage and inter-center transfers.
* Schedule daily vehicle loading (sales/transfers).
* Verify, record, and submit freight payments for dispatch.
* Record verification of all monthly freight payments.
* Act as the liaison between packaging and dispatch processes in the warehouse.
* Perform all tasks related to receipt, handling, and identification of import-related processes.

**REQUIREMENTS**
* Forklift Operator Certification
* Completed high school education
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
\- Experience in logistics flow \- receiving and dispatching materials
* Experience operating forklifts
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of integrated systems (e.g., SAP), modules MM and SD
