We are **PAKMATIC**—join our team! **Key Challenges:** * Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle—from receiving and qualifying requisitions through purchase order issuance and approval follow-up. * Conduct strategic analyses for purchasing diverse materials (general supplies, equipment, raw materials, services), optimizing costs and timelines. * Lead quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms. * Monitor material delivery schedules, ensuring full compliance with agreed terms. * Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and continuously update input pricing tables. * Collaborate with the budgeting department by providing accurate quotations and updated technical information. * Support negotiations and drafting of supply contracts. * Ensure efficient supply of production inputs and other materials, meeting established deadlines and quality standards. * Assume responsibility for strategic management of procurement, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain processes. * Manage departmental performance indicators, promoting analysis and implementation of actions to optimize costs. * Actively support management in implementing continuous improvements to the organization’s supply and logistics processes and procedures. * Prospect and cultivate relationships with new strategic suppliers. * Analyze technical drawings and evaluate existing items, proposing new suppliers to ensure equivalence and foster development of alternatives. **Desirable Differentiators:** * Solid experience in procurement, preferably within the metallurgical sector focused on machinery and components. * Dynamic profile with proven multidisciplinary capabilities. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Robust analytical ability for data evaluation and decision-making. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. * Proactive attitude oriented toward problem-solving. * Flexibility and adaptability to varying demands. * Excellent planning and task organization skills. * Demonstrated initiative and pursuit of innovative solutions. * Strong written communication skills for report and document preparation. * Numerical proficiency for cost and indicator analysis. * Resilience to handle challenges and deadlines. * Commitment to continuous process improvement. * Willingness to learn and incorporate new knowledge. **Essential Requirements:** * Excel proficiency: Intermediate or Advanced. * Power BI proficiency: Intermediate or Advanced. * Basic knowledge of import/export processes. * Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies. * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. **Benefits:** Co-payment medical plan; Dental plan with payroll deduction; On-site cafeteria; Pharmacy benefit program; Group life insurance; Attendance bonus; Educational partnership with Anhanguera University.
