Support in organizing and controlling departmental activities **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in logistics operations, inventory control, or operational activities; Basic computer and management system knowledge; Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; Ability to guide teams and monitor operational routines; **Reside in Indaiatuba or have easy access to the Nova Era Industrial District**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the team during operational activities, ensuring compliance with routines and procedures; * Support the Operations Leader in organizing and controlling departmental activities; * Record and track material movements using the management system; * Monitor material receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch operations; * Assist in inventory control and warehouse organization; * Provide support to the operational team, contributing to goal and deadline achievement; * Maintain organization, safety, and adherence to internal procedures and the Integrated Management System (IMS). **Salary:** R$ 2\.800,00 **Benefits:** * On-site meal; * Transportation allowance; * Co-payment health insurance; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Birthday bonus; * Access to Staben and Avus health platforms; * Annual bonus. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\.
