RCLAB is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions, offering software development and technology consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of tender documents to identify bidding opportunities. Register and maintain the company on public tender websites and private platforms. Update and manage certificates, technical documents, and other essential requirements for tender participation. Develop commercial proposals, ensuring all tender requirements and deadlines are met. Monitor and participate in bidding sessions, both in-person and electronic. Previous experience as Tender Assistant, Proposal Assistant, Tender Analyst, or Tender Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
