Our specialty is diagnostic medicine, and our purpose is to respect and care for lives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive patients/clients cordially, adhering to the organization’s communication standards; * Prepare materials required for sample collection; perform biological sample collection procedures (venipunctures, scrapings, swabs, fresh preparations, etc.); * Identify and triage collected or received biological samples; * Prepare collected or received biological samples (centrifugation, packaging, storage, aliquoting, transfers); * Handle preparation, packaging, and shipment of biological samples to supporting laboratory(s); * Perform biological sample analysis (rapid tests, urinalysis, semen analysis, microscopy, staining, smears, etc.); * Conduct and ensure quality control and analytical quality control (work maps, daily operational control records, etc.); * Manage pending sample issues and re-collection requests from partner laboratories; * Monitor storage of biological samples (“serum bank”); * Ensure operational continuity and uphold the organization’s standards of courtesy, norms, and customs; * Ensure patient safety and institutional process safety; * Ensure individual and collective team safety through standardized PPE and engineering controls (EPC) mandated by the organization; * Register patients in the system and process billing; * Evaluate reports, analyze result consistency, and authorize release; * Guarantee customer/patient service quality at every stage of their journey within the Diagmed Group, ensuring courtesy, empathy, and friendliness; clear communication; reduction of anxiety/stress; and pursuit of all solutions to satisfy the patient journey; * Availability to conduct home visits for sample collection. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in biological sample collection; * Active professional council registration; * Driver’s license Category B; * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedicine, Biology, or Pharmacy; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal voucher, Food voucher, Medical assistance, Dental assistance, and Total Pass. **Employment Type:** CLT employment contract, with on-site work. **Working Hours/Workload:** Monday to Friday, from 10:48 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM 40 hours per week With 30 years of market experience, the **Diagmed Group** has built its legacy upon pioneering spirit and persistence.
