Job Summary: A professional responsible for food and beverage preparation and portioning, meal distribution, kitchen organization and cleaning, grocery restocking, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food and beverage preparation and portioning 2. Kitchen organization and cleaning, including utensils 3. Inventory control and restocking of groceries * Prepare and portion food and beverages. * Distribute meals using trays and trolleys. * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including utensils. * Verify and request restocking of groceries. * Serve beverages. * Organize work materials. * Keep trolleys, trays, and other utensils orderly and in accordance with hygiene principles. * Understand food station etiquette and decoration/layout. * Collect and wash dishes. * Keep trolleys, trays, and other utensils orderly and in accordance with hygiene principles. * Monitor inventory levels of products, utensils, and cleaning supplies required for kitchen operations, requesting restocking as needed.
